Martin Luther the Reformer

Martin Luther was born on November 10th 1483 in the little town of Eisleben, in Saxony. His parents were poor but they feared God. After Martin discovered that salvaton was by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone he wanted to tell others about the gospel. It was the day before the great feast of All Saints in the city of Wittenberg. Through the excited crowds, Martin Luther boldly made his way to the great wooden door of the church. Attracted by the hammer blows, a crowd gathered to read a paper he had nailed to the door. Luther's famous "95 Theses" marked the beginning of a battle for the truth of God which flamed into a great reformation.
